KYB Document Center

The KYB Document Center (/kyc) is where administrators review and process business identity verification submissions.

The main view shows pending KYB submissions:

  • Filter by status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
  • Search by user email or name
  • Sort by date or status

Clicking a submission opens the detail view:

  • Business registration certificate
  • Articles of incorporation
  • Director/officer identification
  • Business details: company name, registration number, address
  • Preview uploaded documents inline
  • Download documents for offline review
  • Zoom and rotate controls for image documents

For each submission, administrators can:

RejectUser notified with rejection reason; can resubmit
Request Additional InfoUser notified to provide specific missing documents

When rejecting, select or type a reason:

  • Blurry or unreadable document
  • Expired identification
  • Name mismatch between documents
  • Incomplete business documentation
  • Suspected fraudulent documents

Interactive checklist for each submission:

  • Document authenticity verified
  • Identity matches across documents
  • Address verification complete
  • AML screening passed
  • Sanctions list check complete

For business verifications:

  • Multi-document review workflow
  • Director verification cross-referencing
  • Business registry validation
  • UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) documentation

All review actions are logged:

  • Who reviewed the submission
  • What action was taken
  • When the decision was made
  • Notes or rejection reasons
